Our marketplace currently does not issue cash returns on purchases, or money back guarantees. However, In the event your order arrives damaged or with the incorrect items, please contact us immediately at info@motherknows.me, or call our number, 224-829-0647 so we can make it right as soon as possible.

Shipping and Handling
We are pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping & Handling within the continental U.S. for all orders over $40. Orders under $40 will be charged a flat $5 shipping fee. Ground Shipping and handling generally take 5-7 business days from the time an order is placed to arrive at your door.

We currently do not not ship internationally.
